The product comes with two BatEars, each with battery that last approximately 12hrs. The package includes:

• a portable cradle with enough battery life to charge BatEars once or twice,

• 5 types ear plugs

• an environmentally friendly bag, and

• a USB-C to power the cradle that charges BatEar.

• Choose a snug fit to reduce audio feedback (squealing).

• Avoid tightness for lower voice transmission through your head.

• Firm gray plugs has less squealing, whilst softer white plugs with 2 slits reduce your voice transmission. Test different plugs till you find the right one.

Instructions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TO AVOID DISSAPOINTMENT

• Power the cradle with the USB cable provided. BatEar is powered off during charging.

• The middle LED turns green when powered.

• The left and right LEDs transition from blue to green when BatEar is fully charged.

• For optimal performance, keep the cradle powered.

Step 2: Selecting Your Ear Plugs,

THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT STEP

• There are 10 loudness levels. Press the "DOWN" button several times for minimal loudness,

• Then, press the "UP" button to increase the loudness. Typical 1 to 3 presses. Avoid setting it higher than necessary, otherwise it will increase squealing and your voice transmission.

Hold the “DOWN” button for more than 2 seconds to choose from 4 modes in a quiet place:

• One beep: Inside room

• Two beeps: Outside area

• Three beeps: Crowded room

• Four beeps: Watching TV

Step 5: Inserting BatEar

• Select a left or right plug and hold BatEar as shown.

• Gently insert the ear plug into the ear canal.

After much trial and error, and using some friends and myself as test subjects, we finally have an excellent hearing device that is simple to use and very affordable. 👍💰😍

BatEar was the result of my friends and family nonstop nagging to buy a hearing aid, and my stubborn refusal to pay exorbitant prices for one. Sounds familiar? 😒😒😒

So, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I have a factory in China, and I know exactly how much it costs to make a hearing aid. I instructed my engineers in China to purchase as many hearing aids as possible (needless to say they don't work very well) and choose the best ones to modify and work with the supplier to improve the quality. 😎😎😎

Our objective is to create a simple-to-use hearing device that would suit most people with common hearing loss and don't make you feel like you've been ripped off.
